Ukraine Mandala Fundraiser

Art is a powerful medium to share solidarity and to offer support. I have been inspired by the mandalas and recent work being done by the Ukrainian @azartgroup and the work of Sati Tamall @satitamall.art who is based in Kyiv. I wanted to offer a few hours of tangling together and create a freehand mandala, using the colours of the Ukrainian national flag - sky blue and sunflower yellow. 

Please come prepared to draw with me by drawing a circle, around 4" or 10cms in diameter. Paint or colour one half in blue and the other half in yellow - you can allow the colours to slightly merge or overlap, (especially if you're using watercolour). I will be using a fine black pen to draw the mandala and will add some shading with a pencil (2B if you have one) and blending with a tortillon or blending stump. No experience…
